Hello, I've been a Jupiter X User for about 10 years. In the past, the user ticket system was open to all users. I would often go in there and find solutions to similar problems that I was having. That was helpful in two ways. 1. I found a solution to a common problem quickly and 2. It meant that I didn't need to tie up Artbees support staff with questions that had already been answered many times over.
